This trip was absolutely unforgettable! The bungalow was charming, the water was stunning, and our 11-year-old had the time of his life fishing and bonding with local kids. We immersed ourselves in village life, shared meals, played, and felt truly at home for 9 magical days. The food, snorkeling, and hospitality were incredible. Leaving was emotional—we all cried. This place is pure magic. Tip: Bring reef shoes!

Our stay at Driftwood Lodge was incredible from start to finish. The beach bungalow was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious every day, and the staff—especially Alofa and the lovely cooks—were kind and attentive. The dive crew took us on unforgettable adventures, from spearfishing to swimming with mantas, and we also enjoyed a cultural village walk and wood carving demo. Nicole made the whole booking process seamless. Driftwood exceeded my expectations—highly recommended for a remote island diving escape!

We had such a great experience - it is strongly connected to the local village and you feel very welcome and included. The nature both above and below the water is astounding. There are plenty of great cultural activities that give you a good insight into the Solomon way of life. Accommodation really tasteful. Can’t wait to go back! Date visited

I almost don’t want to share how amazing this place is—just to keep it a hidden gem! The staff, food, and crystal-clear water were all incredible. We visited in late January, and the weather was surprisingly mild compared to Australia. The rooms were clean and comfortable with great ceiling fans. What I loved most was how remote it felt—a real adventure away from the crowds, yet still with plenty to explore. I’ll definitely be back for the surf season!

Our stay at Driftwood was a dream—authentic island life, fresh local food, and the friendliest people. We snorkeled with manta rays and sharks, fished, dove, and explored right from our doorstep. The staff and guides were amazing, and the setting was peaceful and untouched. A true paradise—I’d return in a heartbeat.
